i want broad band internet connection!!

:'( :'( i want broad band internet connection to my pc to do project work,seminar,placements ... Argg :-x my dad wont listen at all :'( he tells to connect my mobile to pc but this crap softwares(nokia 2690 pc suit) wont install at all :-( iam fed up and frustrated.. Each time when i ve to get information i ve to go to browsing center....acessing internet in mobile is so stressful.... God help me please...
